Shipping policy

Free shipping on every US order

Standard shipping is free on all orders to addresses in the United States, with no minimum. Express shipping is available at checkout for $15.

Processing time: orders ship within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time: delivery time depends on the item and your location. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation. Some items ship separately, so you may receive more than one package.

Where we ship: we currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping protection: you can add optional shipping protection at checkout. It covers packages that are lost, damaged or stolen in transit: contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund.

Problems with delivery: if your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days or your package arrives damaged, email us at contact@tooltekt.com and we'll sort it out.
