Is shipping really free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every US order with no minimum. Express is $15 at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Within 2–5 business days. We email your tracking number when it ships.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not right now. We ship to US addresses only.

What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any tool for a full refund of the product price. Contact us first for instructions. See Shipping & Returns for details.
My tool arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email a photo to contact@tooltekt.com and we'll send a replacement or refund, including shipping.

Which TimberLock lock miter cutter do I need?
Match the cutter to your stock: the 1/2" cutter for 3/8" to 1/2" stock, the 3/4" cutter for 1/2" to 3/4" stock, and the 1" cutter for 3/4" to 1" stock. Most cabinet and drawer work uses 3/4" stock. The sets of two or three cover more thicknesses.
Do your router bits need a router table?
Lock miter, rail and stile, finger joint and large planer bits should be used in a router table with a fence. Flush trim and bullnose bits are bearing-guided and can also be used handheld with care.
Is the Woodworking Square Ruler marked in inches?
No. It's metric only (millimeters and centimeters). If you work in inches, look at our Pro T-Ruler and T-Square options, which come in inch sizes.
Is the face shield a respirator?
No. It's for nuisance dust from sanding and cutting. For hazardous dust, silica or fumes, use a certified respirator.
