Free shipping on every US order
Standard shipping is free on all orders to addresses in the United States, with no minimum. Express shipping is available at checkout for $15.
Processing time
Orders ship within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Delivery time depends on the item and your location. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation. Some items ship separately, so you may receive more than one package.

Shipping protection
You can add optional shipping protection at checkout. It covers packages that are lost, damaged or stolen in transit: contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund.
30-day money-back guarantee
If a Tooltekt tool isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to start a return
- Email contact@tooltekt.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
- Pack the item with all parts and accessories it came with.
Return shipping
If you're returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong one, return shipping is your responsibility. If the item arrived damaged, defective or wasn't what you ordered, we cover it: send us a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method and email you a confirmation. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to post the credit. Optional shipping protection charges are not refundable once an order has shipped.
